Building trust in your mobile community

What happens if you already have your client’s mobile number? Should you just go ahead and add it to your mobile community? The answer is, when in doubt, ask permission. Normally, we can be aggressive with building a typical marketing community. But always keep in mind, that a mobile number is very personal.
