B2B Networking: Staying in touch during Events and Trade shows

This year, I have spent a lot of time attending trade shows.  I have made a lot of new contacts and I am looking for new ways to stay in touch with my expanding network.   Every so often, I send an email or news flash, but I have found the most important way I can connect is by sending a text message.  My text messages are usually to let my business partners know when I will be at a special event. It’s a way to learn if they are attending the next event so we can connect.  I have never had anyone complain about text messages that are meant to be reminders.  I find they are very well received.  The best way to use group text messaging is to use it wisely.  Sometime you might not know for sure if you are sending the right message.  So feel free to get in touch with me and to ask about your SMS strategy.
