Amazon Sellers Integration with Products Sync

Exciting News from our development team! After speaking and listening to our Amazon Sellers clients, the ProTexting team has made useful additions to our Amazon Sellers Integration App.

Here is what’s new:

Order Products Details Synced – product name, ASIN, Shipping address, email, etc. Great way to view and match what products are in the order by the Order ID texted from your clients.
Duplicate Order IDs – setup an alternative SMS auto-reply for duplicated order IDs. Filter by unique or duplicated orders.
View Orders on Amazon – direct shortcut to order details in Amazon Seller Central.
New Order status “Not Verified” – in case your amazon seller account is not connected to ProTexting (expired token or not activated), you will still be able to see the orders in the “Amazon Integration Inbox”. After order is verified, a text message autoresponder will be automatically send to client.
