Gulf Coast Bingo was very smart when they decided to deploy several marketing tools. By establishing codes and other tracking methods to their marketing, they were able to see which tool worked best. Here are the four methods they used:
1. Daily text messages headlining daily specials with incentives like “show text for free or discounted games”
2. Weekly newsletters, emails headlining weekly, monthly specials. Also pushing daily text message sign-ups via emails, announcements, etc.
3. New paper ads, in house ad promotions, etc.
4. Word-of-mouth advertising.
Out of all the tools they used to engage their community, they found their most powerful tool, by far, is texting.
